i appreciate that my room overlooked the canal, a beautiful start to each day. the staff were very kind and always available at the front desk. breakfast each morning had various choices and plenty of seating was there. this made mornings very convenient.

The temperature control in my room was not effective. it felt consistently warm. I tried to use the ac, but only the heat seemed to function. a staff member advised me to adjust the settings, but this did not resolve the issue, as the building was set to heat. i found this unacceptable. i also requested more hangers for my business attire, but i was informed that the supply was limited.

we got a standard room. the room had nice canal view. its location is quite awesome. it is at walkable distance to metro stations. cleanliness was good too.
shower pressure was low. the surrounding area did not feel safe. i also noticed no refrigerator in the room.
